    Ggggggggrrrrraaarrr....im tempted.

But i kinda prefer my Absolutes to be done-in-ones or limited series as opposed to a single piece of an ongoing saga.

Now a Snyder/Capullo Batman omni id be all over.

Ugh, I was hoping Black Mirror (or a lot of other stuff) would getr one first. I found Court of Owls to be a average story with great art, nothing really special.

Ooooh, thats a great set of solicitations

    Absolute Court of Owls,
    Deluxe Archers Quest
Wonder Woman by Perez (640pg is a much better size than the 1000+ DC have been putting out lately, States volume 1, anyone know how many more volumes of this there could be?)
    Scalped Volume 2

Also very tempted by those Batman: Second Chances and Swamp Thing: Root of All Evil trades.

Seeing Aparo's name in the solicitations made me think again why isn't there a proper collection of the first series of Batman and the outsiders? There is the Showcase presents book but it's only one volume and outside of that I think there is nothing. I know there are a lot of collections that should have been released already (Swamp thing and Batman omnibuses) but it's Batman and Aparo, seems like something that should have been already released in 3 different formats and yet, almost nothing.

Same here. I actually think it's pretty bad, with the worst secret society in comic book history... Then again, Capullo's art is gonna look amaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing. If I somehow get it at 60% off I'll definitely buy it.

Well, I liked it the first time I read but it fell really flat when I reread it. The whole story relies on shock and Snyder's one note monologues. I think it wouldn't be so loved if Capullo didn't do the art, it masqeruades the flaws in the writing by making everything look epic.

Well, I definitely didn't see this one coming. This could mean further Absolutes for the Snyder/Capullo run. I'm very tempted but after the dust has settled following further Absolutes, we may very well get an Omnibus.

I was really hoping for two Black Glove/RIP/Return of Bruce Wayne Absolutes, but if DC is already moving on to Court of Owls now, I have to admit we will not see any of them, which really is a shame in my eyes. This has nothing to do with Court of Owls, I will buy the Absolute anyway, but still I am disappointed for not getting those two books.
Considering the page count, I guess the Annual will be included.

Nothing special we didn't already know about in the solicits except for Absolute Court of Owls (which I'll be passing on despite how great Snyder and Capullo's Batman run is, omnibus or nothing! I'll keep my regular HC's for now) and I'll definitely pick up Scalped Deluxe Vol 2. Seems like there will be about 5 of them if there only doing 12 issues in each volume.

It would be fantastic if a Black Glove/RIP Absolute collection was to be released.
