    Hi,

the last Archive edition was Superman: The Man of Tomorrow in May 2014, they have not released a book since then (and only a few in the year before).
With DC, you can never be sure, but I think we will not see any more Archives in the future. They have been pushing the Omnibus line instead and now it looks like they are pushing Absolutes and Deluxes.

I know the Absolute Dark Knight edition is slightly older than newer Absolutes.
Can anyone tell me how the build is? Sturdy like recent releases?

The quality of abs. DKR is consistent with all my other absolutes. I am very pleased with it. One thing to be aware of is that some copies (the first printing I believe) were misprinted with upside down art on the DJ. And in case you don't know, there is a considerably cheaper deluxe edition coming out that has all of the same content, just In a smaller size.

I noticed Dixon Nightwing vol2 was newly released in my LCS today.
Picked up vol 1 online last night. Does anyone know how many of these TPB's it will take to finish the run?

    Cheers for any help.

The Dixon run goes through #70 and also includes some Birds of Prey issues, at least one 80-page Giant, a prestige format one-shot (The Target), Our Worlds at War one-shot, and others they may or may not include (like Action Comics #771 which Dixon wrote and features Dick Grayson). The previous run of TPBs went up to 7 volumes but stopped at issue #60 and left out some other issues, so I would guess at least that many if they end up combining some of the previous trades. There's also Nightwing Year One which they should reprint that came in the middle of Devon Grayson's run.

Have you already seen the solicitations for October/November?
Two nice surprises, which have been unknown (at least to me):

CATWOMAN: A CELEBRATION OF 75 YEARS HC
BATMAN: THE GOLDEN AGE OMNIBUS HC

On the other hand I am missing the Absolute Court of Owls, which was scheduled for November. Maybe it is postponed or cancelled.

Wow, I am really surprised- they're collecting Aftershock! So it looks like "Road to No Man's Land Vol 1" will be Aftershock and a forthcoming Vol 2 will be the actual Road to No Man's Land. Crazy. I'd have thrown in Batman Chronicles #15 as well but since it wasn't explicitly labelled "Aftershock", I can understand why it didn't make it.
