A little early from the Solicitations, collectededitions.com has some info on Rebirth trades being released early next year. The Flash trade contains a good amount of story, where Nightwing skips the Monster Men issues.

Hey Victor, great to have you back. Very sorry to hear you haven't been feeling too good. Hope things pick up for you.
Below is a link to Amazon with (almost) all the DC Omnis and Absolutes listed by publication date, newest first. Some other HCs have also crept in.

Thanks again Raffi!
This has probably been discussed before but why the hell would they put Wein's ST in omnibus before Moore's? I mean, no offense to Wein, I like the guy, but C'MON Dc, get your act together.
Not much that's interesting for mw but that price tag on the Batman Brave and the Bold omnibus is very tempting, but I know I'll never read it so I'm to control myself for a change.

RE: The Black Beetle's identity. I just found this article:
Who is Rip Hunter's mother? Here's why the creator of Booster Gold isn't telling.
In the article Jurgens says it's the same reason he isn't telling who the Black Beetle was. So, no, it was never answered. Or rather hasn't been answered yet.
For what it's worth, I think Jurgens is right. Things get revisited and finished in the unlikeliest of ways all the time in comics. Still think he should have answered who the Black Beetle was before Flashpoint, but I realize he was away from the book for a whole year and only came back with the first Flashpoint tie-in while Giffen and DeMatteis were doing their own thing with the title in the meantime.
Trying to figure out which version of Final Crisis I should get-- The '09 hardcover, or the '14 expanded trade. I understand the '14 has the extra pages from a few stories, which would make it easier to make sense of certain things (and let's face it, with Morrison, sometimes you need all the help you can get!), but I'm wondering which of these two has the Superman Beyond issues in 2D. I'm not a fan of 3D (at all!), so whichever one let's me avoid that might end up getting the nod...
EDIT: From what I've gathered, the '09 edition has the 3D, and the '14 in 2D, correct? Disappointing, if so...

Interesting bit from Amazon:

The so-called collector's edition of Batman Dark Knight III has became a great deception. I don't mind too much the accumulated delays since the series was advertised as a monthly series, but since issue #4, the main story features only 23 pages instead of the initial 28 pages. I don't own the regular physical edition, but in the digital edition there are 5 pages of extra (pencils + variant cover) to compensate these 5 pages loss, in addition to the 5 variant covers gallery (see here for a comparison between the collector's and digital edition http://myabsolutecollection.blogspot...ster-race.html) .
In the collector's edition of issue #5 (as well as issue #4) there is nothing like that, no extras, no covers gallery, nada.
Been reading Scalped the past two weeks or so, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I know it gets universal praise, but everything I've read from Aaron prior to this was pretty average I thought. I'm gonna have to take another look at some of this other work now
