Oh wowsers, I am getting this pronto! JLoA #183-185 I enjoyed. Great Darkness. Great idea for an Omnibus.
Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft

Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”

Some great stuff here, however, I have basically all of it in other formats, some of it in more than just a single format, and, at U$ 125,00, it is way too expensive to double dip. A pity.

    Peace

    Oh ****! Let’s go!

I’ll have a Colossal Kirby collection after this.

I had been holding out for a Bronze Age JLA vol 4 omni specifically for the Apokolips Now 3 parter; JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA #183-185. This will be an equally worthy addition. It’s really cool of DC to add the LOSH Great Darkness Saga issues as well.

    I’m excited.

Cridical Comics did an overview of the Batman: Golden Age Omnibus 1 (2023 reprint)

I asked him for confirmation on if the Scarecrow story in Worlds Finest Comics 3 has the correct page order (the original omnibus has 2 pages out of order) and he confirmed it has been corrected for this reprint (it was also corrected for the Batman: The Golden Age volume 1 TPB version)

I only wish the Silver Age dust jackets kept the same trade dress.
My uneasiness on this is somewhat alleviated by the fact that at least it starts the new Age with new Trade Dress.

I must have missed something but is Action Comics 1050 in a trade paperback yet? It doesn't seem to be in either Kal El Returns https://www.instocktrades.com/produc...-el-returns-tp

Or in Power Girl Returns https://www.instocktrades.com/produc...irl-returns-tp

Is it orphaned or is it getting a deluxe edition that no one knows about yet?

    Thanks for any info

Project Blackout is in Kal El Returns. I think the three epilogues will appear in the subsequent trades of AC, Superman, and Son of. I didn't get 1050 in floppy form, so I have no idea if anymore needs to be placed somewhere
