I personally don't know anywhere near enough to do so myself, but if the GL Omni issues included/reading order truly is out of whack, then I hope people will let them know as they did with JSA and whatever else.

Not everyones a fan of Winicks run (I am) but the TV series is doing quite well and I assume the whole point of this deluxe in the first place was to try and cash in on some of that and a one of writer focused volume dosn't lead to a lot of future sales like a multi volume series would.
This is what I'd prefer as well. By trying to make these collections creator-specific, they often end up with a hack job that just doesn't flow like it should. Case in point - the Johns' GL omni, or Morrison's JLA HC's.

According to this, Daytripper deluxe sales were miserable.
Considering TPB sales were great (It had 5 printings I think), I haven't really expected this flop.
What's the reason for this? To much of a price?

I'm just glad I have a deluxe copy of one of my favourite comics! $35 is quite a lot though where for example DMZ deluxe vol. 1 has more pages and is $5 cheaper.

God *deep breath* damn it. Just... come on. One omnibus. Just one, DC. One.

I was hoping for that image as the cover, so I hope they keep it (and fix the contents!).

Just ordered JLA Vol. 1 Omnibus from books_any from the amazon.co.uk marketplace for £33.58 (excl. shipping).

Pretty happy about that (for an European ) as I was waiting for the price to go down, which may have been caused by the low sales of the JLA Omni in April. Anyway, momaw’s pics spurred me onto buying it

If anyone's interested in the Kirby New Gods AE: you can get it from BD via Amazon.co.uk Marketplace for £ 50 plus P&P. Mine just shipped.

DC not really on a roll are they. Anyone want to tweet at DC tell them that their GL Omnibus should have the GLC issues included, be interesting to get a response. It hasn't been officially solicited so there is still time to change it.
Already tweeted at Johns directly... no response.

Try Dan Didio. He responded when the absence of the first 5 JSA issues was highlighted.
