Got a chance to grab all three together, but I've never read it, so opinions/reviews welcome.
Yes, absolutely. Easily my favorite work of Johns. Loses just a little steam in Vol. 3, but after the events of Vol. 2 it would be hard to keep such a strong pace going. I first got into The Flash back in the Waid days, (Mostly a Marvel guy, especially back in the 90s.), but it was Johns' run that made him my favorite DC character. And he's definitely the reason the Rogues are my favorite DC villains.

A warning, though. The build's not great on the first two volumes. I think they might both be glued. Vol. 1 definitely is.

I picked it up because I've only read good things about it so far. The only negative comment I've seen was here after I've placed my order.

I am trying to finish the second season of Arrow. Have to admit it is tough. Big fan of Green Arrow and I want it to be a successful property. But after watching Daredevil and seeing it done right, it is hard for me to keep treading along on Arrow. If only they hadn't screwed up Black Canary and using that damn island as a narrative device into the second season was a mistake.
Same here, after DD it's hard to go back. And just to make it harder for you, I think season 2 is the best season of Arrow (especially the 2nd half). And I liked most of the Black Canary stuff (mean Sara, not Laurel, she can go to hell), especially the team up fights with Arrow when they're beating up ninjas.
Have to give that to Arrow, the action scenes are pretty good.

LOL, that's how it always works. It's a book I was on the fence about buying. I don't think I will at this point.

Yep. Nothing in the show comes close to Manu Bennett's Deathstroke.

I'm personally waiting on the TPB versions that will begin releasing later this year. I prefer OHC but in the case of a bad build (as with lots of early DC Omnibuses), I'll take the chunky trade over it.

I only own volume 1 at the minute but this page http://speedforce.org/2012/05/omnibus-binding/ has some comparative shots of the two volumes binding. One is glued, Two is sewn but may be "gluewn" (or just really tight).

Volume ones binding is a pain but its not a massive problem as the book is 2/3rds (440 v 600+ pages) the size of volume two and three.

BTW some of the comments on that page are hilarious... especially in hindsight.

Well, I just bought all 3 of them, so I'll find out soon enough!

I also picked up the following omnibus in a large lot that I think I got for a bit of a bargain. I now plan to trade/re-sell the following:

    DC One Million

    The 52

    The New 52 Zero

    DC Villains Month

    Year One Five Years Later

No idea on if any are rare/OOP/worth much, so if anyone can help out with thoughts etc. then I would appreciate it. Equally, if anyone fancies trading, let me know.
