    Hey guys,
I'm interested in Brightest day, but I really don't like Green Lantern, can I skip Blackest Night?
I know the conclusion of Blackest Night (12 heroes returning) leads to Brightest Day, but is there more that I need to know from BN to enjoy BD?

Does anyone think we'll get a Batman Eternal omnibus?

I'm torn on whether to get the two trades or wait it out and see if they do them in one big book?

Batman and omnibus in one sentence is a very rare thing. Though it would be perfect! But I'd prefer a Batman by Morrison omni or a Scott Snyder one.
None of you seem to understand, I'm not locked in here with you, you're locked in here with me..

Still no word on Dark Knight Returns Noir? I do love the colors in that book, but if this Noir edition is sewn, like TLH was, it may be worth picking up.

Yes it is sewn, the binding is the same like TLH (even if the book is only half as thick)

It's going to be three trades long. And I wouldn't hold your breath. If they haven't Omnibused any Morrison or Snyder yet, nor any of the big time events like Knightfall or No Man's Land, they're probably not going to start with Eternal.

Robertson posted on Twitter the new covers he drew for the Absolute Edition of Transmetropolitan. Pretty cool if you ask me. Here's hoping Vol. 2 will be announced shortly.

This was such an amazing series. So glad to see it finally collected in something other than tpbs.

Too many issues for a single omni. I'm hoping for a set of deluxe editions.

Btw it's funny how the three-eyed smiley on absolute transmet. mirrors the one one absolute watchmen.

Im actually really surprised that its going to absolute first, i distinctly remember reading somewhere ellis didnt want "an expensive hardcover" edition made for the books when someone asked on twitter or in person about deluxes. Lo and behold the most expensive format is solicited a year or so later
