Hey, Absolute WW dropped 25 bucks. That's something, at least. I appreciate it, random DC interns who may be viewing the thread.

Cyclops was right
I think this has been discussed but not positive.
While I look forward to a Knightfall omnibus, the solicit has got to be wrong:
Collecting the entire Knightfall saga in a single hardcover edition for the first time, including BATMAN: VENGEANCE OF BANE #1, BATMAN #491-514, DETECTIVE #659-681, SHOWCASE 93 #7-8, BATMAN: SHADOW OF THE BAT #17-34, ROBIN #7-13, CATWOMAN #6-7, BATMAN: LEGENDS OF THE DARK KNIGHT #62-63 and more
That's more than 70 issues and actually covers the time after "fall." Was it "crusade"? I can't remember. Anyway, I figure, this is a misprint.
I've got a question. I was thinking about getting the three Geoff John's JSA omnibuses but I already have a few of the TP's collecting his run. I have read on Amazon that the non-Geoff John's comics that are included in the omnibuses are not that great and kind of are filler material. However, I do like the omnibus format but I also like to read laying down. I had no problem with the Orion omnibus which I think is over 800 pages in length. But I noticed some of the JSA ones are almost twice that size. However, I also noticed that the weight only increased by a couple of pounds. Still, I am worried about them being unwieldy.
What do you guys think?
I hate to throw a good chunk of change at one of these things and have a problem reading them.
I think I have already asked a similar question on these forums once so please forgive me if I am repeating myself. The omnibus format and the current low prices for them is such a temptation. I hate not to snag them and then have to watch the price shoot up when they go out of print. But then again, if I can't enjoy reading them then there is no sense in buying one.
Damn.

[QUOTE=TomSlick;2319690]I'm pretty sure it would be the largest ever by Marvel or DC. Nothing else comes to mind. Invisibles and Thor were pretty big but not 70]
1500 pages????? Are you kidding me????
With a book that big they'll have to ship it out by freight truck and we'll have to dolly it into the house. WOW!
