Just one quick word in; Red Hood and the OutLaws was surprisingly.... GOOD. Picked it up because I heard its vastly improved over Lobdells previous Red Hood titles, and I must say I agree. It was a delight to read.

Thanks. I have read this before but it's been many, many years.

Critics liked this and I'm a Millar fan, so it's going to the top of the list.

Lemire (to me) is hit or miss, but when he's good he's worth so. Blind buy for me, so hoping it's good.
Oddly enough, I think I get each of the SB tpbs on FCBD. I read this one last night. It's OK. I'm pretty sure I would drop this title if I read it monthly.

I've been wanting this in Deluxe for a while. Other Deluxe Editions I'm eagerly anticipating: Long Bow Hunters, All-Star Superman, V for Vendetta, Long Halloween, Tower of Babel.
Also saw the 2nd Deluxe for Action Comics, issues (supposedly) 967-984. 18 issues for $35. I haven't read a ton of DC, but this new format is what I've been waiting for. Hope it's successful, but at this price point i can't imagine it won't be.

edit: looks like volume one is "supposed" to be 957-968, so those numbers will have to give. Still pumped for these.

I had a choice between Huck and Descender, and I got the latter. Which was pretty okay, but I never got around to Huck again.

Full agree! Storytelling in RHATO is really good so far and the artwork by Dexter Soy is beautiful.

Its still has its flaws. But I enjoyed it more than Titans, or Flash and GLs.

How the upcoming JSA book? I'm a bit of a modern JSA fan, but haven't read this one before. It's only a trade. Worth picking up?

JSA, not JLA. I think it's called Last Days of the JSA or something? I think it's the early 90s series?

Same here. Wasn't that when they were trapped fighting that stalemate battle for years before getting out before Zero Hour?

The upcoming JSA book is the story of how they went into limbo after COIE, along with a bunch of the Secret Origins issues Roy Thomas write about them.

Has any of the All Star Squadron been collected in a collected edition?
