Late August to now were busy buying wise. Perfect storm of sales and pre-sales in a short period of time. I will take a picture sometime. Right now I need to get a new bookcase as my books have started to take over my living room so I look more a hardcover hoarder than a collector. Agreed. As I was inspecting my shipment my wife commented how much prettier she thought the book looked without the dust jacket. I have to agree with her.
She wasn't enthused with the Lady Mechanika cover image though. Went so far as to call it "soft porn" to which I told her a bustier and mid riff showing is not soft porn. I'm chalking that reaction up to Post-Partum and having a 9 week old baby girl now. I handed her the book and challenged her to find "soft porn" inside.
