Bio: Whiny teen from Sweden, who has a bad relationship with her parents because her real father was a criminal who raped her mother after robbing her and her husband. Also has problems trusting people.

Bio: Son of Colossus And Kitty Pryde. Born in Xavier's School For Gifted on 2nd March 2023. Kidnapped at 10 years old and escaped at the age of 16 and became a police officer. Discovered powers at the age 22 and went on to join the X-Men

Appearance: Brown hair, hazel eyes, 6,1 ft, Lean, Muscular

Powers: Coat self in Adumantium and walk through wallS (hasn't controlled that power yet)

Bio: after being pushed into a river and drowning his mutant gene turned on and he was able to breath underwater. Unfortunately for him he could no longer breath on the surface. He now wears an upside down goldfish bowl which students love to dump fish, fish food and toys in.
Powers: ability to breath underwater but can no longer breath out of water.

Personality: queen bee, party girl
Powers: alters others and her own perception of what is around them.

Personality: chav with a heart of gold but anger issues
Powers: immovable and super strength

Bio: one day after being constant bullied at school (the bullying was due to his ever increasing weight) he gave the bully a nudge sending the bully through a wall. He has since been relocated to Braddock academy to learn to control his powers
Powers: absorption and release of energy (resulting in weight gain and loss)

Powers: Ability to control trees and plants. And some weak telepathic powers

What about a guy who can supercharge his mass and breathe fire. Like Godzilla stuffed into a man's body. He saw someone getting bullied at school and put his foot down - and destroyed half the playground. It took the X-Men to stop the rampage.

Ability: Can absorb and manipulate surrounding light into 'hard light' constructs, forming luminescent weapons and armor.
Powers are directly linked to current exposure to light. The more light that is available to create the constructs, the more powerful, durable and bright/hard to look at they are.
The constructs dissipate the moment he is not longer touching them.
Using his power absorbs the light from the light source. If in a room with a single light bulb, using his power would make it appear the light bulb is off while his weapon/armor/construct would be the only illumination in the room.
He can create constructs while standing outside in sunlight/moonlight and then walk inside with them, but they will slowly weaken and deteriorate over time, becoming more transparent as they do.
Typically prefers to wield a large Hammer formed of hard-light and style his armor upon medieval knights.

Bio: Dominic is from a heavily religious family but is extremely interested in science and technology. He finds himself often torn morally between his faith and his studies / between his friends and his family.
His family believe his powers are a divine gift whilst his colleague and the X-Men have informed him he is actually an evolved mutant and ask him to come with them.
He eventually accepts but hides it from his family, feigning maintain his enrollment at university.

Prominent X-Men relationships: Kurt and Hank, both of whom he often talks to about his issues with faith and science respectively.

oh someone with food based powers would be wonderful. like his entire being was composed of American style junk food in some way. His sweat tasted like Sprite, he could mold objects with his bare hands into random snack cakes, hot dog ladders, and ice cream slide, etc...

Marathon
Ian Durkee was an average highschool boy. He wasn't popular, but wasn't exactly picked on either. He seemingly exceeded in nothing and fell firmly into the background in any situation you put him in.

As Highschool went on, he slowly found himself having difficulty sleeping and when he did, he awoke seemingly even more tired than he went to bed. It wasn't until a chance encounter with some local hooligans left him running for his life that he discovered his new gift.

His body now processes exercise as rest. He's incapable of getting tired by psychical exertion. In fact, NOT exercising and pushing himself is what leads to him feeling worn down. Because of this, he no longer even needs sleep as long as he stays active.

Since then, he's been pushing himself as hard and fast as he can, running, swimming, taking gymnastics and martial arts classes, the more he does, the better he feels. While he's not exactly ther best athlete in the world at this point, he's trying.

Wow this genuinely sounds like such a complex and compelling character! I love the idea of a character being torn between their religion and their love of science, and applying this to their mutation. And such an awesome power!
