This is tough. Boba, Ackbar, R2, Chewie, Plo Koon, Clone Wars Anakin, OT Vader. And I like some of the EU characters even better.

That's my absolute favorite duel barely beating out Luke and Vader's in RotJ. I'm one of those weirdos that loves all of Star Wars even the Prequels.

Oddly, when I think about my currently favourite Star Wars characters, they tend to not be from the movies.

Luke Skywalker because of how badass he is in Episode 6. Also probably Obi-Wan, Rey and Finn too.

Tough question! For me, it is either Darth Maul, Jar Jar Binks or Yoda. Darth Maul probably just wins it.

Darth Vader. No question.
I still get a bit of a thrill when he's onscreen. Especially during Episode V when he's at his most badass.
Original trilogy only. The 'NOOOOOOO' scene in Episode III just makes me bloody cringe
.
It will still always be Darth Vader though.
