Darth Vader is truly an amazing character. He is like Hannibal in that he doesn't have to actually be on screen to have an effect, he could have very little screen time but still totally dominate the film. Hannibal does it slightly better, but Darth Vader is the closest I've seen a character come to equalling that.

Han Solo, generally those kind of characters annoy me, but that cowboy caught my heart.

That's me right there, though I also liked Guiness interpretation in a New Hope. McGregor was so good, he's the reason why I enjoyed the prequel so much.

Kenobi (both versions though given we've so much more of the McGregor version then probably that one if I had to choose one over the other) is hands down my favourite character in the entire saga. Though my favourite of the OT only would be Lando Calrissian.
