If this is true then IMO there's no doubt Trump:

    1. Thinks he's the King of the United Kingdom of America
    2. is dumber than even our previous estimates.
    3. Has never read or comprehended the Constitution of the United States of America

Well, all three of those things stand, even if the Gorsuch thing is not true.

Connecticut to end children's health program unless it gets money from Congress

    http://thehill.com/policy/healthcare...ets-money-from

According to Republicans, Tax cuts for the wealthy take priority over funding for children's health care. Sorry, kids.

they are straight up going to KILL CHILDREN

CT is home to two of the foremost cancer research hospitals in the country, thankfully those are funded privately (one by Yale) and hopefully not affected so kids in treatment can still be ok

Republicans are literally doing their best Ebenezer Scrooge impression. A shame the ghosts aren't actually real.

This is why I never bought into the thought that some people feel a business man would make a better Senator, governor, President, etc.

Just thinking this is another thing for WBE to add to his Trump profile for next time. It reminds me of the part in A Christmas Carol where Marley's ghost shows Scrooge the chain he has forged for himself that will haunt him in the afterlife.

Republicans only care about white fetuses. Once they've born they're on their own.

    Bootstraps kid, bootstraps!

Congressional Republicans are laying the groundwork to overhaul welfare programs for the poor

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...=.4cd42def894a

Republican lawmakers are preparing plans to restructure America's welfare system, including putting new limits on who's eligible for anti-poverty programs such as food stamps and housing benefits.
Have they considered just eating the poor?

Definitely gonna be a serious look at entitlement reform, tackling entitlement deficits. And Obama and many talked about the need for it.

Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft

Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”
