If I had children in my house and someone broke a window and entered, well let's say I can understand. If you call on someone at their house and are denied entrance, you leave.
Not going to say if the officer had an alternative or not, I'll leave that up to whomever investigates this.

Now House Republicans want Clinton probed for allegedly lying to Congress
The country to under siege and all the Republicans can think about is finding something to frame Clinton with. The GOP was furious that the FBI decided against pressing charges against Clinton over her handling of classified information when she relied on a private email server for government business during her tenure as secretary of state. Republicans vowed to press ahead just a few months before the November election.

Avatar: Here's to the late, great Steve Dillon. Best. Punisher. Artist. EVER!
I hope they lose and lose big, because I believe that, and that alone might make them wake up and start acting somewhat sane again. 'Obamacare' is based on what Mitt Romney did in Massachusetts, Abe Lincoln and Teddy "Trust Buster" Roosevelt (and founder of a short lived Progressive Party) were Republicans! Ike is the guy who coined the term 'Military-Industrial Complex' as well, but the modern party has forgotten all of that.
And now, in the back of my mind, I see Gowdy with a peg-leg stalking the halls of the capitol building. "Have Ye seen...Hilary's white washing!"

North Carolina Representative Richard Hudson wants to ban all EPA employees from using planes. :P
http://thinkprogress.org/climate/201...no-fly-no-gun/
But weirder than that, there is also /this/..And if a North Carolina congressman gets his way, EPA officials may find themselves taking more buses and trains than planes for official business: Rep. Richard Hudson (R-NC) has proposed an amendment that would ban EPA officials from using funds to pay for official travel by plane.
So, he opposes gun control efforts like keeping people from the terror watch list from obtaining firearms, but he sure wouldn't mind if EPA members got shot on the job and were unable to protect themselves. What a sickening piece of work.Hudson also introduced a second amendment that would prohibit EPA officials from carrying firearms — something that a small number of employees do for enforcement purposes. As Grist points out, however, Rep. Hudson does not appear to believe in gun control writ large, calling President Obama’s proposed ban on AR-15 ammunition part of the president’s “liberal gun control agenda.”

Fun stuff for your update, eh WBE? :P

Intelligence Director tells Paul Ryan to stop trying to take away Hillary Clinton’s security briefings
So thereJames Clapper holds the title of Director of National Intelligence, and he sent Paul Ryan a letter stating that “Nominees for president and vice president receive these briefings by virtue of their status as candidates, and do not require separate security clearances before the briefings.” The only guidelines for such briefings are that the same information must be distributed even handedly to both nominees, meaning Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump see the same information each day.

Ryan's request to block Clinton from intelligence briefings is denied
That Ryan is a piece of work. Trump is a hundred times more of a security risk than a Former Secretary of State. Just wait and see.Director of National Intelligence James Clapper told Ryan in a latter obtained Monday by CNN that he "does not intend to withhold briefings from any officially nominated, eligible candidate."
Ryan made the request after Clinton was severely criticized by the FBI for her email use, but not punished.
"Nominees for president and vice president receive these briefings by virtue of their status as candidates, and do not require separate security clearances before the briefings," Clapper wrote to Ryan. "Briefings for the candidates will be provided on an even-handed non-partisan basis."
Briefings generally begin following the nominating conventions, which will occur this month. They are intended to equip the next possible commander-in-chief with the information they'd need to transition to the White House.

I keep thinking. I should check Sarah Palins Facebook page and seeing which of my friends like her.
No, I'm not trying to be thought police, or tell you who you should like. But it's hard for me to understand how you can like a racist and a bigot like her, then claim friendship with me.
When she calls Us Thugs for peacefully protesting, and that we're not human. That's a pretty 1800's racist thing to say. When she is more upset at blacks protesting being murdered by the state, but not redneck whites ARMED to the teeth and taking over federal buildings, **** her and the people that like her. I'm not going to check to her FB page.
This is the one time I'll choose ignorance over knowledge.
Less than nothing. They apparently have decided to add in a provision that "pornography is the cause of a public health crisis". That's right, the party that bans public health experts from researching gun violence, which causes over ten thousand deaths a year, and the party that still hasn't funded money to prevent Zika virus thinks PORNOGRAPHY is a public health crisis.
