There's some good stuff out there, but the fetishes stuff often doesn't advertise what it is. Meaning that you can get stuff you won't be able to stand too easily. If the name Miyazaki is on it then it's probably safe, although I can't speak for Lupin the Third. Masumune Shirow of Ghost in the Shell has always run close to a porn artist, so outside of that one thing expect raciness.

You are probably good sticking to the stuff on Netflix since they are going for more generally accessible anime, but that's not assured. The Fate/ series comes from a visual erotic novel, for example.

I clicked on to some show I can't remember the name. The premise had something to do with school girls fighting aliens or something and i was thinking it was going to be some cutesy comedy thing, but I was caught off guard by all these panty shots.

Netflix actually was showing "Kite" for awhile with most of porn stuff cut out. I'm not sure if that was Netflix's doing though, I think you can buy an R-Rated version of that film.

Hahaha, hilarious. You're just walking along in a normal show, when suddenly-BAM!-tentacle rape. Then nobody ever brings it up again. Eventually you just sort of go numb to Japan's weirdness. Scarily enough, that might have been the family friendly stuff, the real fetish trash is usually totally upfront about it.

I know what I'm getting into when I click on something like High School of The Dead. It's just that there's was some stuff I misjudged and was thrown by the "pervy" aspects that popped up.

If you're interested in newer anime, try Anime Chart. They usually have up categories to tell you the type of show it is. If it says echo, avoid. That's the panty flashing thing. Also the image of the cover image should tell you a lot about the show at a glance.

That's how I got fooled the first time LOL! But seriously, I've since gotten better at figuring out what's what.

On Netflix there's Death Note and My Lie In April - both are well regarded and not full of panty shots. The raciest part of the latter is the opening (which has a brief 'barbie-doll anatomy' nudity shot).

If it's just one or two accusers I say let the courts work (if possible). But when we start hitting dozens even one false accusation in there isn't likely to make them all that way.

If I didn't have a basic understanding of how the republican party pandered to White Christians I'd be so confused. Black people tend to be very religious. The community as a whole has the same issues with homophobia and sexism that the wider culture does. And yet even very religious Black voters aren't drawn in by Republican rhetoric. Or aren't single issue voters over abortion and what not.

A few are, but for a lot the choice is seen as a group of politicians with whom one has a lot of fundamental policy disagreements or a group of politicians that do not see one as fully human.
