"The party is putting us into the worst possible situation to compete possible, and it appears that corruption may be the reason."

and you are still looking past that to the GOP doing what it can to lay the blame...

    That says quite a bit.

If you want to be able to put anything like progressive ideas into a position where they can do folks some good, it is far less likely that you will be able to do so when a party is taking a crow bar to the legs of any attempt to even be able to compete in statewide elections.

If you don't believe that calling that out will put you into a better position to actually solve problems, that is another problem that anyone who is trying to move things forward will have to address before even being in a position where they might get the chance to do some good.

The Democrats already did plenty of "good" while they were in office, 30 -- and I now have the health care to prove it.

Of course, I might lose that because of Republicans and non-voters like yourself, so thank you for all of the "good" you are doing by repeatedly criticizing the party that made that possible while saying little to nothing about the party that wants to end affordable health care for all.

Keep "calling things out" on a message board if you think that's the solution -- me, I'll be voting instead of just sitting around and complaining.

Ask yourself how much good that vote can do when this is the case...

At a time when the Democratic party is hemorrhaging members nationally and experienced eight years of crushing losses, many are questioning how a few consulting firms could continue their lobbying for national contracts. Some answer: just raise more money to send to the states. But it’s not just that these national contracts are expensive, it’s that the consultants’ track records are horrifying.

If the DNC does not re-allocate its funds by cutting off these contracts, banning conflicts of interests and sending money to the state parties to rebuild, recruit, train and organize, the Democrats might be facing their darkest days, with all the money in the world, but no members.

Millennials under 35 have overwhelming lost trust with the party and are registering as Independents. Democratic Socialists of America has record membership meetings. Are a handful of consultants worth the future of the Democratic party, and arguably the rights of citizens nationwide?

Nah -- I'd rather think for myself and not give in to fatalism.

Because that's how people like Trump get elected.

Speaking of which, even Cenk voted for Hillary.

    -----

"So, I’ve got all these problems with Hillary Clinton, I’ve got all these videos explaining all the systemic corruption around her.

Then why am I voting for her? Well, it’s very simple.

Yes, her opponent is worse. Significantly worse."

Better one vote than no vote at all, something you're all too familiar with, having sat on your hands a year ago. Has my faith the Democratic Party been shaken? Yeah, it has, I'd be a fool to say differently, but it's still a damn sight better than the GOP who's mission statement is to literally fuck everyone over six ways from Sunday because we don't have seven figure bank accounts, and that includes Millennials rushing off to become Independents who will end up being no better off than the rest of us, maybe worse.

    Ssssiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiggggggggghhhhhhh...

Lightweight Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a total flunky for Chuck Schumer and someone who would come to my office “begging” for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them), is now in the ring fighting against Trump. Very disloyal to Bill & Crooked-USED!

So the idea is no matter how nasty, corrupt and dangerous the GOP is, if a Dem isn't pure and completely progressive, without a blemish, they don't deserve a vote.
    Is that about right?

The guy must be getting senile because Summer Zervos was a contestant on season 5 Apprentice Candidates and her defamation case is still going through the system.

Or the writer for People magazine Natasha Stoynoff, who went to his Mar-a-Lago home while Melania was pregnant to do an interview. He pushed her against a wall while Melania and forced himself on her while Melania was at home. Before that, she was invited to cover their wedding, had been to the condo in Trump Tower. Guess he forgot about her.

That is surprising. Gutfeld is another in the hit parade of obnoxious Fox hosts but one of the more obscure I think, along with the idiot Jesse Watters, former boy wonder to Bill O'Reilly's show.

If that is the case, the Democratic Party is going to lose out on whole lot of good candidates and suffer in the long run. Eventually degrading down to a level similar to that of the GOP now.

If Moore becomes a senator, then Al Franken should be able to keep his seat in the Senate. Hey, let's bring back Anthony Weiner too.
