How low do Trumps approval ratings have to be before he is treated as a failed Presidency by the general media?

It seems right now as long as he keeps his base of around 30% (who are not the ones who won him the election), he is looked on as still successful.

Under 30%, under 25%? When will he be seen as the failure he is? He is failing at everything but destroying all that is good in this country and tearing it apart.

The entire story of Trump's life has been that he was given way more to start with, takes way more credit than he deserves, and has the bar set so low for what "success" looks like that he can have filed for bankruptcy on numerous occasions, be investigated for shady practices, and still be considered "good at business".

As inevitable as the sunrise. The deck had been stacked in favor of eliminating neutrality from the word go as the three repeal voters were Republicans while the FCC Chairman used to work for Comcast which---surprise, surprise---was against neutrality. On top of that, I've heard talk of a pending investigation into the FCC as comments on their website favoring neutrality repeal may have been the handiwork of bots. This whole business stinks to high heaven.

It is a problem. If people from Wyoming or Texas can open carry a fire arm in New York, no matter what our State and Local laws say is a big problem.

I believe Washington has a pretty firm one, basically says ISPs in the state have to abide by net neutrality and if they are found to be violating that, they will lose any local and federal contracts within the state

The FCC proposed rules forbid states from enforcinf net neutrality on their own IIRC. States Rights are for certain people only.
