No, you don't. I don't see you talking about voter suppression. I don't see you acknowledging Democratic wins in the run-up to the midterms. I don't see you doing anything but slamming Hillary Clinton over and over and over and over and over again.

You have nothing else to say.

    Let's seriously go over those...

Let's say we all scream bloody murder over voter suppression until the fall. Honestly, it's too soon to really go gang busters over it by then. That said, there's a point. Just not a critical one.

As for wins in the run up, that's a pickle. While they are all well and good, I think it's the wrong move to really focus on them and not how things will go down during a general in the fall. Feels like "Apple"/"Orange". Again, I could be totally wrong.

None of that means learning from mistakes made is not something that should be happening.

Edit: One other thing about "Voter Suppression". Is it really a bigger priority that "We Ain't Trump"?

One of the most worrisome things about some of my leftist friends is how willing they are to shrug off North Korea's atrocities as 'capitalist propaganda' or 'lies intended to make a successful communist nation look bad'. I just stare at them in horror as they go on and on, ignoring the eye-witness accounts, the accounts from refugees who HAVE made it out, etc. I'm pretty far left, and align myself with anarchists and socialists and what not. I agree that, IF we have to have nations, that we let those nations decide for themselves what works for them, and that it's not the place of the outside world to tell them how to run things, BUT....and this is a big but...I think if a nation is run like the personal sandbox of an insane manchild who wants to play at being tough by hurting people and victimizing the 'least' among his citizens...something should be done. If a nation treats it's citizens the way the Kim dynasty has been PROVEN to treat it's people, we (the global community, not the US specifically...) need to step in and DO something about it. I mean, I hate capitalism, but that doesn't mean I turn a blind eye to a despotic dictator just because he CLAIMS he's got some similar political opinions...

The overall image of Republicans going into November is that their policies are monstrous and inhumane. And that they're morally bankrupt, and don't have any empathy for their fellow man whatsoever. Also, they're also corrupt, and/or incompetent in how they're running the government.

Current headlines are only underlining that, and that sure ain't gonna stop a Blue Wave.

    Wait a minute...

They are framing it as a success?

Well according to a news article from ABC today , Republicans and Democrats did agree on one thing. The separation of children from families and being thrown in a warehouse HAS TO END NOW. Republicans want a bill passed to end it and Trump at 1st refused being an idiot as he said that the bill would be too moderate. But hours later after being told he was being a colossal moron , changed his mind and will sign a bill if it gets there.

It would be great if they really committed to doing that.

I'm going to have to see Republicans actually do it before I buy that they are actually serious about it.

My local Dem running against a dumb R posted this as a rebuttal to him liking Sessions Bible quote:

Thankfully, they are aware enough to recognize that Trump's little photo op visit to a fellow wannabe God-Emperor was as pathetically disastrous as most everyone else does. But in general, when I try to bring up WHY North Korea is a bad place and why Kim Jong Un is a dictator and a shitty human being, they act like I'm pissing on Marx's grave for daring to disparage an ostensibly (but in reality anything BUT) communist government/leader. And then, when I point out that we're supposed to be anti-government and should despise and work against unjust leadership, they get all mumbley and try to excuse their lack of condemnation behind a wall of 'freedom' talk. It bothers me because of how culty it sounds, more than anything. "Don't divide the left!" So...as a Leftie, I'm not supposed to point out when someone else who is supposedly 'on the left' is being counterproductive and shitty...?

    Jeez...

Government/Anti-Government, you need to be able to look at something and accept that it's a failure. The place is literally right off of the "Right"/"Left" paradigm.
