As an aside, according to the search engine, the name "Milo" pops up in 219 posts on this thread. "Heinrich" the last name of the New Mexico Senator running for reelection pops up 14 times, largely in the context of names of several senators who voted in a particular way.

If the law ever re-defines his speech as hate speech, then he may be arrested. This is the saddest "both sides" you'll see in awhile. Trying to indicate that the actual lies about real facts that Spicer and Sanders propagate are equivalent to the truth the Obama administration's press secretaries had to answer to try and put an end to the Birther conspiracy.

The comparison is not between "lies about real facts" and "the truth;" it's a comparison of the absurdity and pettiness that characterize both the Birther Movement and what I'll dub the "Shoot the Messenger" Movement.

Really, why stop with the press secretaries? Why not excoriate the President's chauffeur? Then after that, the pilots of Air Force One, everyone in the cabinet-- the list could go on and on.
