Since none of those characters appeared in the issue (except Grizzly briefly), we don't know if its him yet but it seems like the obvious choice.

Whirlwind appeared. At this point it is unknown how any of these characters are going to appear. Separately or as a group. I'm hoping as a team. Looks like Darla gets the spotlight next issue. Maybe Scott will form his own team. He has a lot going on so I don't know how Spencer will balance this all out.
