Bigger gun, more interesting power ups and due to new doom and brutal doom. Can brutality kill duke bare handed style. With class.

If you include all weapons, that means you give Doom Guy the invincibility orb that makes him well... invincible.

IF we're keeping it to guns and stuff, IIRC the Doomguy's stuff is mostly "big boom" a category that Duke matches him in. However Duke also has esoteric power rays, like the Freeze Ray or Shrink Ray that would mess Doom guy up.

Also they could be bank-shotted so, that's pretty cool.
