That was a good read. Lightning Season is upon us and i really hope he's as successful as he can be. Tv show, major role in YJ, miniseries and he's even featured prominently in the Injustice2 books. Not to mention that there's a fan film coming out as well. I just want him to be what i wanted Cyborg and John Stewart to be.

It's pretty crazy that we've gotten to this point. For so long the relationship between Tony and DC was terrible. Never thought I'd see the day that he would write a blog praising the company. Then again I never thought we'd ever get a live action Black Lightning tv show. I wonder which character from the show influenced his comic.

Someone super versed in such things might be able to tell by comparing one the characters Tony will write in the mini with how they're written in the TV show versus how Tony has written them in the past.

Black Lightning being teased for Injustice 2? Probably as a premiere skin for Raiden, plus it makes sense seeing as how Jefferson has appeared consistently in the Injustice 2 comic!

it would be cool to see Black Lightning in the game. sadly it would only be as a skin so he wouldn't have his own ending. i'm still pissed about the inclusion of Raiden and Hellboy.

Fans HAVE done that but at times DC shows that they do not care. See Wally and the usual cast of characters.

You can tell fans to show support and then you don't follow up. Because you don't like it it. It should not take what other companies do to get you to get behind a character who is not of the silver age.

It ends up being you playing catch up as we are seeing now.

You aren't the only one! It should have been Static or Black Lightning who got that spot not Raiden!!

I'm glad Jefferson and his daughters are appearing in the Injustice 2 comic though.
