He and Heatwave did take out a room full of gangsters with their bare hands. So he does have H2H.

Baleman would still win that fight but Snart isn't helpless.

when he and heatwave were caught by a mob boss, he took out most of the thugs and killed said mob boss while still bound. it's not much but he can fight.

Kidding aside, I actually think that whole thing worked just fine considering Barry's character. He was still pretty new at the whole superhero thing and the situation was desperate. He went with his hopeful instinct and it back fired. It happens.

Yes, Barry has had some serious issues with using his powers properly, but taking guns outta criminals hands, that he did pretty much from day 1 on.

That's what I was thinking. Since this is not specified to be anything other than a standard arena fight, Cold should just nail Bale-Man with the cold beam.
