Anybody else notice how Phastos is missing from most group promo shots, but they wanted to make sure we knew he was gay. Anybody?

Yeah, I was explaining the history of The Eternals and how that got Paper Boi from Atlanta to be the one black Eternal, pause. I then told her they made him a gay dude, pause. The amount of ick, and confusion on her face had me laughing. She said that some executives wanted to kill two diversity birds with one stone!

Well, all know... the love of her existence will be a white guy. American movies and tv do not allow Asian women characters to have non-white people as their true love/primary love interest until recent on CWs Nancy Drew and Kung Fu series.

By the way, what "mixed heritage" is Cindy Moon?!?

There are two black eternals in the main cast.
Brian Tyree Henry/Phastos
Lauren Ridloff/Makkari
