Good grief. Was UXM released at the end of the month last month or something? I can't remember...

Horrible numbers. What's happening? Is there something else going on or have the X-Men stopped feeling like X-men?

There's got to be some mistake/some logical explanation for those UXM numbers. Not that I wouldn't like to pretend my favorite book (X-Force) was doing 4x UXM's numbers, but let's be real here. That sort of issue-to-issue drop can't actually be possible.

It is the correct # of issues that the Uncanny X-men sold.

    .... wait a second. Wasn't #23 released in July?

Hah, yes. It was. So July's issue sold 5600ish in August... that makes a little more sense.

Wow, nothing broke the top ten? Geez.

Also, seeing those low numbers of X-Force is heart breaking.
Balthier: I doubt we'll find her wanting in valor, being such an upstanding member of the insurgence.
    Ashe: Resistance.

Yeah, Uncanny X-Men #23 was the start of the Xavier's last will and testament mini event. So it got some reorders.

Both UXM 23 and 24 were released in July. Issue #24 was released July 30th.

They should have continued Cable and X-Force. It was a much better read.

But not surprising. They made a mess of the previous double-relaunch, then Spurrier's take took a few issues to find its feet. When the 1/5th or 1/6th chapter of story comes at $4 a pop, I don't think a lot of readers have the patience to stick with a book that doesn't grab them right off.

Weird how ANXM #31 beat out #30 despite coming much later in the month. I guess Iceman sells better than contrived Angel-23 romance.

Storm kind of imploded. Sad but not unexpected given how unimportant she is these days.

I love that Magneto and Ms Marvel are at the same issue number and similar sales. Hooray for variety.
    Game Over man! Game Over!
