I hear Bishop has been put through the ringer, but he started off as one of my favorite X-men. Great job on this piece. I find myself tuning in just to check out the guns, gadgets and other accoutrements. Very nice!

I just saw the Forge last night. Did you make up the costume? I've not ever seen any costume he looked as good wearing as this one... it's a good look for a character I like.

Yes. Forge has so much potential he doesn't live up to. Like many other great X-characters, he needs a good writer.

I don't know of the guy. I just read that he was a jerk. But then again considering the tone of that article I'd say it was somewhat slanted.

I messed up a little when coloring, but I hope she's acceptable. She should be wearing superhero tights under a mini-skirt, but the marker bled and it looks like she has loose pants under a long coat. D:

Two things I've realised drawing him.

One: Marvel so does not have a set look for him yet. In almost every issue that suit looks different. The colours, where the shiny metal bits go and that X changes all the time.
Two: After shading all that metal I feel sorry for anyone that has to colour Iron Man, Colossus or any other metal dude on a regular basis

Your cross-hatching is awesome. It's a skill I've never been able to master - my lines always look too flat.
