I'm going to go with no.
I mean, Souther is a combat monster but he's not beating Rei and Shuu at the same time. Shin just further seals the deal.
Good thing about Nanto Seiken is that his reverse pressure points don't matter.

Souther is the strongest of the Nanto Seiken successors btw and he has the star of command/leadership which means none of the other Nanto fighters can defeat him in battle.
Souther would probably loses an arm or a leg but I think he could win 6/10

i'm gonna have to agree with nik. 3 on 1 isn't something souther can with, especially against rei, shuu, and shin of all people.
