Shin is kind of garbage tier, mostly because he has next to no feats.

Shuu, even blinded, was an excellent fighter and, you know, did stuff. I think he takes this pretty easily.

Shin is only good in reputation.. he has nothing for feats. He did beat a completely amateur Kenshiro (and gave him his signature scar), but even an extremely early Kenshiro was able to pwn him to the point where Shin had to rage quit.

Not to mention Kenshiro wasn't even ready for Shin that time, as the sudden betrayal just came out of nowhere.

Once Ken got stronger...He was also ready to fight Shin for Yuria and pretty much beat his ass.

Funny how Shin was noted to be a great fighter and Kenshiro's best friend...But Rei pretty much fits the bill a lot better.
