If I could reboot kon I would have him be a clone created by cadmus to be the human equivalent of superman,using TTK that was spawned by translating supermans raw mental power to mimic his powers.
I know crazy idea huh

Overconfident,because he knows he was created with so much power,and made from the "great" supermans image.
Attitude to spare,because he thinks everything should be easy or go his way,not to mention he thinks ppl should automatically respect him.
But all he wants to do is be a hero,and a great one,because that's what superman is,also because he wants to impress him,not to mention everyone.he will never stop,he keeps trying no matter the odds,and really does have a heroes heart.
