Wasn't there a Zero Year tie in where Barry came to Gotham and worked an Icarus drug case? I can't remember the issue, but it was fairly recent.

It was The Flash #25. I remember it not being too bad but I can't remember if Batman actually makes an appearance or not.

That was "Barry", not Barry as the Flash. And I don't believe Batman was in it. (This would have been before they met in the JL any way.)

MajorHoy gave some great ones. Despite it's flaws, I'd also recommend Flash's appearances in Finch's run of The Dark Knight vol 2. Superman's in there off and on, too, but the Flash/Bats stuff is solid on its own.
