    Hey everyone,
My name is CJ and I am looking to collaborate with an artist and colorist, and inkers on one of the ideas that I have. I can pay but only for reasonable prices. I am looking to submit this to publishers and will want to do a full issue instead of a 5 page submission. I haven't started writing scripts only because I want this to be really collaborative and want input from everyone working on whatever idea we choose to work on. I do have outlines for what the stories are and character descriptions.

If you are serious about wanting to work in comics shoot me an email and lets talk about some ideas. I will put short descriptions in the next paragraphs of the ideas that I'm furthest along on. There is much more to the descriptions than what I put but if you want to know more email me at cjjones0087@gmail.com

    1. The Hunter - A "superhero" story about a woman's journey to becoming a superhero as she deals with her past life as a teenage assassin and life as a samurai.

    2. Knights & Outlaws - A what if story or "remix" story about King Arthur and Robin Hood working together in taking down King John and his whole army.

    3. Most Wanted - A story in the future set in another great depression era of a boy who starts out as a youngest member of a robbery gang quickly becomes an iconic figure to the people and America's most wanted.

We are looking for new and independent writers & artists that would like to try out our new platform called Inkspired (www.getinkspired.com). Inkspired is a web and mobile platform that allow new writers and storytellers get published faster, by posting their stories online in a serialized way, so readers can follow their progress. You don't need a completed book/ comic to start up. You only need a kick ass first chapter and publish it to start getting readers and feedback; from there, you can let your story grow on its own

Hey, all out there in space!

I'm a swede by the name of Jonas. I'm totally inexperienced in making comics. I've drawn on and off for all my life and always drawn comic bookish stuff, though never tried my hand at a full script.

So, this is just a shot in the dark, kind of. I'm wondering if there's anyone out there who's got an old script or plot or anything just lieing around that's never been worked on by an artist and which you'd be willing to share? (Short scripts are preferred)

To make it clear: I'm not looking to pencil anything serious with the intention of getting it released. Not at first anyways, and of course this will be up to the writer as much as me. I'm just looking for a practice piece if you will.

And to all who wonder about my art, here's a sample of another practice page I've done. (About my first try at a scripted page).
View it on my twitter: pic.twitter.com/2co5tXQM9z

Don't know if this is the right forum for this kind of recuest, but have patience.

We are looking for a comic artist for a music video.

A few things that might be deal breakers:
We are just a local band without much budget but will pay something.
We pay mostly horror music, so there will be blood. But this song is more about a side show freak love story. Sad content more than horror. And there would be some at least pg-13 sexual content.

Here is one of our live action videos to give you a better idea of the music/style.

    What we want:
At least a line artist. Color okay too, but we can add that if that is not your forte or, given our low budget, not something you'd have time for. We have the basic story for the song. We would have 10 or so required panels, and beyond that you'd have artistic license to flesh out the scene/story. We don't expect this to be animated per se, but we could talk about things like, doing the background separately from the people in the frames so we can have subtle zoom/pan effects. But mainly, we are envisioning the panels fade in out - sometimes line by line, pan, etc. not true animation. It will also be mixed up some with band performance footage and live backgrounds.

Here is the song and lyrics. It is called Geek, but note we are using an early 1900s meaning of that term, a side show freak that bites chickens heads off and pretends to be a wild man.

You can email me directly off the bandcamp link or I'll check back here.
    Thanks!
