The thing about the Arcadia is that the ship itself is sentient. It wouldn't be surprising if the Arcadia itself isolated the Xenomorph and flushed it into space.
The Yautja are in for a bloody shock is what. Herlock's badassery gave fear to what amounted to the primordial gods of chaos. A single Yautja might commit Seppuku by nuke before trying to board his ship.
