I'm pretty sure Kingpin belongs to Daredevil now. They couldn't use him in Spectacular Spider-man and had to subsitute Tombstone instead.

Beat me to it! I really liked him on that Law & Order spin off he had back in the day. Probably make a good Kingpin. Not sure how it would look once he tried to fight Daredevil, physically, but I bet he can get into great shape with a year's notice.

Ha ha and I didn't even realize until a month or so ago. My brother and I decided to watch Adventures in Babysitting on Netflix with my 9 year old niece. When that scene came up we just looked at each other speechless! We must've watched that movie a hundred times growing up.

You know, characters that are identified with both franchises, so both movie studios can use them.

But Kingpin stopped being associated with Spider-Man ever since Miller turned him into Daredevil's nemesis.
