MCU Matt is tough and pretty badass but hasn't really done anything that would be superhuman. As Cyke said, one really good, well placed punch from Kingpin was enough to leave him dazed and staggering for a bit.

I'd compare it to when Black Widow fights Winter Soldier. She's very tough and well trained but she's still just a human, and is eventually overpowered. The same goes for Falcon after he has his wing torn off.
