Both movie versions of Magneto have rocked the fedora at some point. I'm not saying Mags should ditch the helmet, but there's plenty of bareheaded mutants and other marvel heroes that could maybe pull it off.

Particularly my question for people is what they'd think of Magik or Scarlet Witch wearing the old wide-brimmed steepled witch hats.

If wimple means "uncomfortable-looking face-square," than I agree.

I dunno though. The more I try to picture Wanda in a hat the more I think of how much she'd get mistaken for Carmen Sandiego or Theodora from Oz the Great and Powerful.

Magik could make it work though. As long as it didn't cover her bangs.
