Nice list! Let me try and help.

Wolvie is dead and so are Kaine and Ock (in Spidey's mind), so I don't think Peter is counting them. Same could apply to Sue and Reed, we don't know what happened to them.
Possibly Ganke, Bombshell and Miles' father, assuming they still have their memories from 1610.
And there's also Anna Maria Marconi and Nick Fury Jr.

Spidey is super strong but not that strong. The thing is much much stronger than peter. There are literally dozens of characters much stronger than peter.

Someone beat me to it-- with the point of who Peter believes to be dead and who we, as readers, know aren't really dead. ;-)

Honestly, I thought Reed bought the building way back around FF #240.

    26 people in Earth-616, eh?

Okay. We're not going to count characters in other dimensions like Spider-Gwen or Mayday or others connected to them. And of course, anyone Peter thinks is dead would not be counted.

    1: Mary Jane Watson
    2: Johnny Storm
    3: Bobbi Morse
    4: Miles Morales
    5: Miguel O'Hara
    6: Steve Rogers
    7: Clint Barton
    8: Jessica Drew
    9: Luke Cage
    10: Jessica Jones
    11: Ben Grimm
    12: Miles Warren
    13: Cindy Moon
    14: Anna Maria
    15: Julia Carpenter
    16: Carlie Cooper
    17: Stephen Strange

    Question Marks

    1: Reed Richards
    2: Sue Storm Richards
3: Carol Danvers (didn't she get her mind wiped and rebuilt? Would she still know?)
4: Bucky Barnes (does Peter think he's still dead?)
5: Val Richards (Peter didn't try to hide his ID from her in Secret Wars)
6: Nick Fury (Would Peter count him?)
7: Nick Fury Jr. (Not sure)
8: Flash Thompson/Agent Venom (After Secret Wars Spider Island showed another world's Flash learning the secret, asking if that carried over)
9: Anya Corazon (Would Peter count her with her living out in the Multiverse?)
10: Franklin Richards (If everyone else connected to the FF knows)
11: Doctor Doom (Would Peter count him? Bendis described Doom as someone who knew "where all the bodies were buried" and he made it his business to know everything about everyone)
12: Danielle Cage (Would Peter count a baby?)
    13: Rachel Grey

They're dead to Marvel, at least.... I'm sure they're still alive living in Battleworld for an indefinite period of time. Likely until the MCU gets the rights back. But even knowing this, I like to pretend I buy into it when Marvel acts like characters have died.

We can't be sure but when Peter threatened to stop making tech for SHIELD, he said "me" and not "My boss/Peter Parker" or something like that (We also saw Peter explaining his hologram thing to Nick), so I just assumed Nick knows.
I mean, spidey isn't known as a tech guy and I see no special reason for Mockingbird knowing but not Nick. I'd say it's more likely than not.
But there's time skip and all that, so I might be wrong.

If Peter is counting "deceased" people then Reed, Sue, Logan, Otto, and Kaine would all count. I'd also argue that technically, Anya now knows Pete's identity as well thanks to the events of Spider-Verse. Issue #1 also implied that Hobbie knows as well.

Isn't 27 people? Cause Peter said "you and about 26 other people".

Anyways I remembered the side story in ASM Vol 3 #1 that had the current people at the time knowing Peter is Spider-Man,
    known.jpg
I counted 24 in that, so adding Cindy,Fury Jr, and Mockingbird makes it 27.

And I thought the issue was ok. I just keep walking away from each issue thinking that the time skip doesn't help at all.

Peter definitely isn't counting deceased people (or people he believes to be deceased), per word of Slott up above. We don't know what the fate of Reed, Sue, Franklin, and Val are (I'm counting Val because of Hickman's scene between Peter and Val in Secret Wars. Franklin is a big ol' question mark). Peter believes Logan, Otto, and Kaine to be deceased (does he still think Bucky is deceased?). And Anya may not count for the reason that she does not live in the 616 dimension (or Universe-8 or whatever they are calling it).

Edit: Does Peter know about The Maker? (Ultimate Reed Richards.)

The fight sections of this issue were alright, but I think there could have been more fighting. The fight scenes between Johnny and Pete just seemed to be two people charging at one another. I wanted to see more fists and fireballs flying. I was a little underwhelmed with the S.H.I.E.L.D. scene as well. Yeah, the Zodiac Gang are pretty hardcore with them taking out loose ends and what have you, but the fight scene could have featured more fighting.

HOWEVER, overall I really liked this issue, mainly because of the depiction of Peter, Johnny, and Harry (who was truly a welcome surprise.) I remember Dan Slott mentioning to the effect that Amazing Spider-Man would be for the oldschool audience who've cared for Peter for ages. As someone who's grown up with Peter and co., I appreciated that nod and acknowledgement of the relationship among these characters. In the midst of all-new, all different this and that, the relationship felt familiar.

The second part that I liked about this issue was the costume. I saw Pete press a little watch which caused him to change costumes. That reminded me of the Spider-Man Unlimited cartoon series, which (and I'm not afraid to admit) that I was a fan of. Plus, it gave me a bit more of a clue as to what Spider-Man's new powers are.

And that's something I'm still trying to figure out, Pete's new arsenal. It obviously isn't just spider-tracers and web-shooters anymore. Indeed, it appears to me that the new series harkens back to the Spider-Man action figures of the 90s, which had all those different abilities and gadgets. It's the same concept with the Spider-mobile and Spider-boat. Is this the vibe you're going for, Dan? If so, I'm completely down with that. Still, I was wondering if fans could get a little mini-guide detailing Pete's new power and abilities.

In any case, great issue. Looking forward to the next one!
