    Lol. The Shocker should have been a teacher at Avengers Academy. The kids could have learned how to fight against supervillains by pounding on him.

    Still annoyed that this has been put off till February. I'm apprehensive, as Miles carving out his own niche in 616 amongst all the other spider-books is going to be no easy feat.

    Also wish the series was called Ultimate Spider-Man; that title has a lot of heritage and it's a shame it's gone for the time being. It'll be back though.

    hmm.. So who was the monster villain?
    So is it to be accepted that Miles has already had a run-in with the Shocker of this world? How much if anything does Miles and his associates remember about their original world.?

    So Ganke, presumably his father and at least memories of his mother are confirmed to crossover from 1610. I believe I read Bombshell was confirmed too. I think it's 1610 Nick Fury in Ironman and not 616 Nick Fury Jr but I could be wrong there

    I'm presuming 1610 Peter and Mary Jane sailed off into the sunset forever (or latest as long as Marvel's longterm planning goes).

    Thus leaving me wondering about Miles other 1610 supporting cast: Kitty Pride, Spider-Woman/Black Widow Jessica Drew, Cloak & Dagger... and to lesser degrees: Gwen Stacy, Aunt May, Human Torch, Iceman, Kate Bishop, and his other roommate who I'm mind blanking his name. I'm presuming most are gone (until someone down the line wants to use them)?
    Current Pull List (updated for ANAD): Star Wars □ Darth Vader □ Lando □ Chewbacca □ Kanan □ uh... alot of ANAD but I still have decided what yet, lol

    February? I clicked this thread thinking it was going to say "swinging in this November".

    In the Bendis notes at the end of Uncanny X-Men #600, he mentions that the character Goldballs would be in this series. I think he'll make a good addition to the cast (if it is more than just a cameo). I just worry that Ganke already fills the fat comic relief friend role just fine, we don't need a second fat funny guy.

    Finally, looks cool! I hope we see Bombshell in this first issue already.

    And I'll miss Marquez, but Pichelli is more than enough to carry on.
