Sasuke Uchiha (Naruto) vs. Raiden (Metal Gear Rising Revengeance)

Haven't reached the end of Naruto, but I figure EMS Sasuke or above would be too much for Raiden, so this is Sasuke from when he fought Itachi. Raiden has his fully upgraded body which fought Armstrong.

I figure Raiden has the strength and durability edge, but Sauce has the ranged game and maybe a speed advantage.

If Sasuke loses, he gets a rematch at his Kage Summit ability level. If Raiden loses.....I guess he can take on Kid Sasuke.

Well i guess raiden gets genjutsu'ed and loses his limbs and life in the process.

So both of these guys have very distinct advantages over the other one, especially when Sasuke fought Itachi.

Sasuke has his esoterics. Raiden has no defence against the genjutsu stuff and I'm thinking that Sasuke's lightning technique would mess with a cyborg body in some major ways.

Raiden however is WAY stronger and more durable than Sasuke. He could crush Sasuke's head with ease if he got his hands on him, or break all of his bones and stuff like that.

The question of who's faster is a bit iffy though.
