Electro (The Amazing Spider-Man 2) Versus Malekith w/ Aether (Thor: The Dark World)

So, Jamie Foxx's Electro will be taking on Christopher Eccleston's Malekith. Malekith has the Aether.

1) In Khazan arena.
2) In Times Square, New York City.

How would this one go?

I'd say Electro is too fast for Malekith, and that he should stomp in Times Square due to having access to the grid, hence (relatively) UNLIMITED POWAAAH!!! to hit Malekith with. He probably has enough oomph to win in Khazan too, just not one hundred percent sure.

Well, going from the previews Electro seems pretty powerful so I guess he's gotta shot. Anyways, I will be seeing this with my wife Saturday so will give a more thought out response after that.

Surely Electro can't win. I mean Malekith was mixing it in with Thor and could have destroyed the universe. Whereas, Electro mixes it in with Spidey and tries to blow up NYC.

Creating forcefields to stop bullets Electrically throwing cars around Can turn himself into electricity and teleport around. In the last ight in the power plant, Electro was blitzing the crap out of Spidey using this method. Can shoot electricity out of his mouth. By absorbing a bunch of electricity in Times Square, he sent out a huge blast of electricity that wrecked Times Square. Got hit by a speeding car and was only briefly KOed. Took hits from Spidey and held up well.

Destroying the Universe was 100% dependent on the convergence. Outside of that, he was trading blows with Thor and a danger to a College University's topiary.

Yep. Spidey only really won via help. Electro had him dead to rights twice.

Well, given those feats..it honestly doesn't sound like Electro is on Malekith's level. Fighting Thor seems to be the more impressive feat to me. Speed could be a problem though, I forget how durable Malekith was. Though if he was taking shots from Thor then..well, he should be able to handle Electro.
