Shin and Juda are irrelevant.
Souther makes a good showing but ultimately falls since Rei's Nanto Suichoken is bad news for blind people.
Comes down to Rei vs Souther.
Souther at least... kind of pushed Kenshiro a bit. So, I'll back him.

I think the only reason Ken wasn't able to take out Souther at first was because of the pressure point thing. Same thing happened with Raoh.
Rei, OTOH, shouldn't have that problem, since Nanto Seiken is primarily a slicing technique.
It just comes down to how durable Souther is.
