In the Harry Potter universe, each new student is assigned to a Hogwarts house at the beginning of their first school year. These four Houses are Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. The sorting is made by the Sorting Hat that bases itself on the student's personality traits to make its decision.
The house traits are as follows:
GRYFFINDOR House traits: brave, daring, chivalrous, strong willed, just, honorable, courteous, reckless, short tempered, disregard for rules
HUFFLEPUFF House traits: trustworthy, loyal, kind, just, friendly, patient, hardworking, dedicated, inclusive
RAVENCLAW House traits: intelligent, witty, wise, creative, original, logical, enjoys learning, quirky/eccentric, accepting, competitive, individual
SLYTHERIN House traits: ambitious, cunning, resourceful, shrewd, achievement-oriented, planner, strong leader, sense of self-preservation, disregard for rules, self-interested, exclusive (but with strong ties within exclusive groups)

I must say this topic is a great and fun idea so well done
I think X-23 would be in Gryffindor. She is a good person but she does what she thinks is right and isn't a "play by the rules" type of person even if that gets her in trouble or ruffles some feathers. Kinda like Harry Potter himself

I'll start with my House, Ravenclaw. Wit beyond measure and all that.
Kitty, because of her computer smarts and her fondness for verbal reparte.
Storm, for all her little eccentricities. Though I imagine she'd hatstall something fierce between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw.
Beast, because he's one of the only real smarty-pants members of the team.
Jean Grey, for all the mental acuity stuff.
