Buffy, pretty handily. Nick doesn't really have any superpowers.

Well he does have super hearing and stuff. He has thrown down with people strong enough to tear arms off. But he probably wouldn't have a shot at Buffy unless he was amped on that toxin.

The Super-hearing comes and goes (and it's been awhile since he's had it).

I'm pretty sure he used his super hearing in recent episodes. Definitely in that episode when he came to Renards apartment for Adalind and stuff his enhanced hearing helped them there.

So he'll hear Buffy coming to kick his ass?

Well, I suppose so? I was just saying he is not exactly a normal human. He'd need to be on the toxin to have a shot at Buffy in unarmed combat.

Even so, Buffy has nearly 10 years experience fighting. Isn't Grimm still a newcomer in comparison? I haven't seen anything that shows him on Buffy's level of combat. He seems more cerebral detective than combat beast.

Plus, super-strong foe is pretty commonplace for Buffy.

Grimm is tough because the only feats he has are in fights and then basing off of feats that those he is fighting have. For example Monroe ripped a guy's arm off and Nick can beat him in a fight. However, he doesn't have any feats outside of combat to support super-powers.

Well, 3 years of fighting vessen yes so she definitely has more experience. But when he was on the toxin he was overpowering people who can casually rip arms off and stuff. I'm not saying he'd win on the toxin, just that he'd need it for it to even be a fight.
