Fair enough, the only thing is that as far as we've seen on screen, it's Barry's top end as far as whirlwinds go, so, if he uses them in the same kind of situation as Thawne in a future episode, I'd gladly compare those feats again, but for now that's all we have.

Kept Atom Smasher at a stand still, and we know he could keep up with Barry when he was chasing after him. I'm sure Barry wasn't running away at full speed, but it was still impressive either way. So to keep him from stomping his away to him was pretty impressive.

With lightning being a very VERY fast thing to catch and return

Now, I'm not going to try and solidly tie real-world physics into this - because every time you do that, God kills a catgirl - but real lightning moves at about 1/3 lightspeed. However, Speedforce Lightning could very well move significantly slower than that. Sort of like real lasers vs. Star Wars lasers.

Really? I don't think QS is that much faster than Zoom, and is damn likely to be caught completely off-guard at a crucial moment by one of those speed-tricks.
