I have to post this now.
Shaggy and Scooby were the mvps, seriously the others would never would have time to look for clues if Shaggy and Scooby weren't on bait/monster distraction duty.
I never got the hate for Scrappy Doo. It's not like the monsters were real.
Despite all the frustrating political arguments we've had, nothing you've ever said has annoyed me more than this. They're the heart of the fucking team! And also the bait, which is pretty important for a group whose entire crime fighting strategy resolves around tricking people into elaborate traps.
Um, hello. Hi. Unbroken female here, and if I didn't already love my natural hair color too much to color it artificial colors, I'd totally try out rainbow hair.
And i am pretty beyond college age.
How 'bout you not be so judgemental about what women wear/do with their hair? I think you'll find you're much happier once you stop worrying about petty things to do with other people. Like hair color. Lord.

The Beatles are the most overrated rock band in history. Many of their songs sound like nails on chalk boards, especially I Wanna Hold Your Hand which makes me want to destroy whatever I happen to hear it coming from it grates on my ears so badly. They were also the 60's version of today's boy bands before boy bands were a genre in that they got by on looks and sex appeal more than talent. They are remembered with such nostalgia because they were the first boy band of the modern rock and roll era and people tend to remember firsts with far more reverence than they deserve.
Overrated: a word denoting one's individual lack of excitement over something regardless of how many other people like it, or how much they like it.
Whining: a criticism that goes contrary to my opinion of a thing, often one posted online.
Any time someone says, "We couldn't get [controversial tv show/movie/album] out today," they're probably forgetting how hard it was to get it produced and released at the time it came out. If Mel Brooks says it, that certainty goes up to 100%.

Patsy Walker on TV! Patsy Walker in new comics! Patsy Walker in your brain! And Jessica Jones is the new Nancy! (Oh, and read the Comics Cube.)
Yes and no.
The Beatles were the first boy band, I believe, however, they used that popularity they received (along with those record sales) to afford them the ability to put out the music they really wanted to put out.
The stuff that "proved" their "worth" and talent as a band.
They may still be overrated, I am not disagreeing with that, but I don't think they deserve to be disregarded as Untalented Boy Band like boy bands of today.

I am currently listening to Breakfast with the Beatles. Their music stands the test of time. They changed popular music, not once, but many times through out their careers. They continue to draw massive numbers of new fans. And they have no real competition as the greatest rock band in history.
But you don't care for them...so overrated.
And no, they weren't the first boy band, and they had no likeness to what we think today as boy bands.
A bat! That's it! It's an omen.. I'll shall become a bat!

THE CBR COMMUNITY STANDARDS & RULES ~ So... what's your excuse now?
Pretty sure they were treated as a boy band back in the day.
However, they are not like the boy bands we think of, or have, today.
They did "new" and different things with music.
And they were smart about their moves within the industry as far as creativity goes.
And their timing was everything.
