Seems to be no rhyme or reason to the exclusives. I canvassed the Minneapolis/St Paul area for the Magik figure and found ONE on the shelf after my 10th try in different locations one weekend. Then I go on vacation to San Fran and walk into a Walgreens for some supplies and see a freaking Endcap of 30-40 of them staring at me.
