Yeah, but Don didn't actually confide in Stephanie. She is aware because of Anna and being related to her, Don never sat her down and told her about his past. I suppose I can see Megan feeling guilty over Stephanie, but they did give her $1000. For me, even today that is a lot of money, let alone 3-4 decades ago. I don't know, the 3some seems like a sign of something more serious, maybe Megan is getting a tad bit *too* much into the hippie scene. I would also be kind of worried Harry Crane ended up at Megans party without even knowing it was hers. Only because..I honestly don't trust Harry and the type of parties the guy goes to probably aren't tame..so I would be wondering exactly what kind of party he thought this was, basically I'm wondering what this says about what Megan has been up to.

Of course, Don has cheated on her so it is not like he can really be upset, but I thought Megan at least would be someone who wouldn't be okay with that, but she pretty much implied she more or less knows Don has cheated and doesn't care.

I always kind of tune out whenever they show Henry and Betty. they are kind of... unpleasant. they deserve each other.
I actually do not find Henry to be that unpleasant. True, I think it was shady of him to get with Betty even though he knew she was still married, but even then he was hesitant and more or less made her come to him, but other then that he actually seems like an okay guy(plus Betty was probably talking a bunch of smack about how awful Don was). Which I guess is why I find it odd he even wants to be with Betty in the first place. I can understand him wanting to sleep with her because she is physically attractive, but after he got to actually know her I am puzzled he still wanted to marry her. The way Betty treats Henry more or less has shown her and Don deserve each other. What is it Henry loves about her? She more or less seems like a bratty child trapped in the body of an attractive housewife.

I'm wondering what is going to happen with Bobby too, he said he was going to run away with Sally, but I have a hard time seeing Sally allowing that. I don't think she dislikes him, but what would she do? She goes to some boarding school or something, she can't take care of Bobby.

I didn't expect it, but then..this season and the previous one have been strange. I've said this before about it, but it is as if the writers realized "holy crap we are in the late 1960's!" and all of a sudden everyone is smoking weed constantly and growing porn mustaches. Ginsberg has always been strange..ever since he first started talking about being a martian. Though I did not expect him to cut his own nipple off and give it to Peggy. I'm honestly not sure how he found his way to that line of thought. I was finding it funny he was tweaking out merely because of the computer and thought it was "turning him homo" since that seemed like typical Ginsberg behavior, but then he went and cut his nip off and it's like..yeah, what now? It is unfortunate, you can tell Stan and Peggy were pretty upset over the whole ordeal and that they care about him, but I think he is convinced nobody cares about him. I wonder if maybe in future episodes Peggy might open up to him about her own small stint spent in a psychiatric ward.

On a side note, I was re-watching one of the episodes from last season and it is the one where they all get a "shot" from a doctor and they are all acting high and full of energy. I was wondering..what drug was that even supposed to be? They never actually say what it was beyond a "mild stimulant" with vitamins.

I got a season one vibe from the "Waterloo" episode especially the Burger Chef meetings with Peggy, Don, Pete and Harry. Really reminded me of when it was just the Sterling Cooper agency which makes Copper's death all the sadder. Peggy killed it in her pitch to the Burger Chef executives. It was a great passing of the torch moment. The last scene was a perfect send off for Robert Morse. Bravo indeed!

I enjoyed the episode, but I disagree with this remark. I don't feel that last scene was a good send off for him. It just didn't seem to fit overall with his character. When Don was walking and he first see's Burt..I thought we were going to have a flashback of some touching moment in the past between Don and Burt, but instead..we see Don Draper hallucinate Burt Cooper(of all people) dancing and singing? Eh, not the best send off for him. I don't think of dancing and singing when I think of Burt Cooper.

I was also puzzled why Don left and went downstairs when they were basically having a big announcement about the company and about Burt's passing..his walking away to "work" seems weird to me. He is still technically a partner, you'd figure he'd be there listening. Even though he wasn't going to be hearing anything new, it is still weird to me for him to walk away during it.

The actor Robert Morse is best known for his work in musicals like How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. It was a nod to that.

Cooper singing and dancing was a send off to the actor, not the character.

It was very well done IMO.

Okay, so it's a good send off for the actor, but a not so good one for the character.

I think in the summer of '69 a dance/musical set within an otherwise dramatic film/show would have fit in beautifully. It would be considered fresh, new, artistic. On a different show, maybe it doesn't work. On Mad Men...The Moon Belongs to Everyone. Loved the episode and the first half of the final season. It's Roger time!

I thougth about it and I liked it. It was different and totally unexpected.

Remember when Pete found and that Don was not Don and he said something like "I know that already and it does not matter." Bert was a prince
