So, it has come to pass that the world's leadership, political structures and chains of command have been destroyed by a single strike from outside space-time, by some kind of alien civilization. But that's not the worst of it. You see a new heirachy has emerged, with three dictatorships ruling the planet:

-President Jeremy Clarkson, who rules over North and South America, as well as Greenland
-Mullah James May, who rules over the Middle East and Australasia
-Great Leader Richard Hammond, who rules over China, Russia and a few other places nobody wants.

And in true fashion, they decide to have a WORLD WAR.

Each leader has complete compliance from his subjects. Which confederation wins the last World War?

May seems to be the smartest and has the widest base of knowledge. Both Clarkson and Hammond are more likely to do something deeply stupid that destroys their chances at success than they are to do something demonstrating sense and competence. For some reason Most of Europe and Africa are entirely unclaimed in this scenario, so that will likely be the original bone of contention. May's weaknesses would be his drastically weaker starting position (assuming the military resources of the original states are available to the combatants) and too much fidelity to historic ideas, which could make him predictable to his enemies.
