This'll be really interesting. I can see lists being SUPER different depending on the type of humor and Deadpool people enjoy.

wow I'd actually have to think about this, runs are easy, stories not so much. Especially in the case of like Joe Kelly, does the whole 'savior' story line count as one? Or does just the end of the arc count? By the same token Cable and Deadpool doesn't really have a single great deadpool story, it's over the course of the series that's awesome.

Still if I have to pick very specific story arcs

1: The good the bad and the ugly (I hype it too much not to put it at number 1)
2: Deadpool and Death (must have)
3: Mercedes Wilson (Unlike the whole savior thing this can be boiled down to a single story arc!)
4: Deadpool's totally not a murderer and he'll prove it (this isn't remotely the name of the arc, but it occurs during Cable/Deadpool where Deadpool kills a guy, forgets, and investigates it and realizes just how horribly fucked up he is mentally)
5: Deadpool INC. (Essentially Gail Simone's run, but I suppose it could count as a story)
6: Weapon x (Tieri's run)
7: Three's company ( I suppose this could also be called the Thom Cruz arc)
