Herc's personality has been given to Thor because the movie folks don't know how to write Thor. In the newest issue of Avengers Thor is also written like Hercules because Jason Aaron...doesn't know how to write Thor? The comicbook character Hercules, to me, has always been a fine member of the Avengers.
